Upon purchase, you shall receive a confirmation e-mail from Helm Consultant Pvt Ltd mentioning your unique Atom (the payment gateway’s) transaction ID as well as merchant transaction ID – this is your invoice – kindly keep it safe for this will help resolve any doubts, disputes or erroneous payments.

Refund Policy

Once you pay the amount, you will receive confirmation mail of your email. All sales are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the invoice number or customer account no. you purchase services, broadband and techsupport for all charges that result from those purchases.

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the hcpl.in, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a service has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on info@hcpl.in or call us Customer Support: +911356546640 .

We request you to include in the email the following details - the Invoice No, Service Details, and Customer ID and payment details.Transaction date shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the service then you will be refunded the money within 10-15 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

In case you have made a repeat payment, please write to us at info@hcpl.in with both the invoices and we shall initiate a refund for one of the payments within 10 to 15 working days.

We use a secured and trusted payment gateway for all credit card & banking transactions that protects the credit card & banking information of our clients.
